Accessorise, accessorise, accessorise.

Is jewellery the main focus now? Before long, we might see an Elf Bar Mineral collection. The Crystal Bar by SKE Vapes and Diamond Bar by Vapes Bars are gaining traction. Given their similar blingy designs, I decided to conduct a vs review. Let’s get this review started. It’s Crystal Bar versus Diamond Bar!

Appearance

In terms of design, these devices are nearly identical. They both feature a plastic casing that gives off a metallic sheen. The Crystal Bar showcases a clear plastic with a colored wrap inside it, while the Diamond Bar has a colored exterior complemented by silver on the inside.

Both disposables exhibit a glamorous look and certainly attract attention when placed next to an Elf Bar or Geek Bar.

Personally, I prefer the colored plastic of the Diamond Bar. In my opinion, the Crystal Bar resembles a lipstick more than a vape. Although the Diamond Bar takes the lead here, it was a close contest.

Winner: Diamond Bar

Performance: Crystal Bar vs Diamond Bar

When it comes to vape quality and draw, the two devices perform almost the same. Each one lasts for approximately 600 puffs and maintains a consistent flavor. Both utilize 2% nic salt liquid. However, the real distinction lies in the flavor profiles, with the Diamond Bar clearly coming out on top (see what I did there?).

The flavor of the Crystal Bars was quite perfumey, fitting the aesthetic but ultimately unappealing in a vape for my taste. I sampled the Gummy Bear and Blueberry Sour Raspberry flavors, which would have been enjoyable were it not for the overpowering fragrant aftertaste. The flavor used seemed to overshadow the overall experience.

On the other hand, the Diamond Bar delivered a commendable performance, standing strong against other popular disposables in the market. For a more precise comparison, I tried the Blue Razz Sapphire (Blueberry Sour Raspberry) and, lacking a Gummy Bear flavor option, went with Red Ruby (Cherry Ice). The flavors from the Diamond Bar were far superior and did not include the unpleasant aftertaste experienced with the Crystal Bars.

Thus, the Diamond Bar takes the title again, this time by a considerably larger margin.

Winner: Diamond Bar

Ease of Use

This category sees no definitive champion. As disposables, both devices are extremely user-friendly. Simply take them out of the packaging, remove the rubber bungs and start vaping. When the liquid runs out (indicated by a burnt taste) or the battery dies, just dispose of the device. Remember, since all disposables have batteries, we advise you to dispose of them responsibly at a designated battery disposal location.

Winner: Neither, it’s a draw!

Price: Crystal Bar vs Diamond Bar

Each bar is priced at £4.99. However, you can snag them for as low as £3.80 through our multi-buy deals!

Winner: Neither, it’s a draw!

Target Audience

Both devices are designed for vapers who are either beginners or seeking a straightforward vaping solution. They are both mouth-to-lung (MTL) kits that closely resemble other offerings on the market. Thus, there’s again no evident champion.

Winner: Neither, it’s a draw!

Final Verdict: Crystal Bar vs Diamond Bar

Both devices resemble each other aesthetically and offer a similar vaping experience. However, when considering the flavors, the Diamond Bar is the clear champion!

The Diamond Bar is a 600 puff, 2% disposable with robust flavors and consistent quality from start to finish.

Unfortunately, the SKE Crystal Bar is the less favorable option in this comparison.

It also offers 2% nicotine and 600 puffs, while the flavors are decent; they simply don’t measure up to those of the Diamond Bar.
